In 2006, during a business deal, I met Patrice MARTINEAU, who was working as a consultant in corporate networking for the food industry. We met to draw up a double agreement—for the sale of a piece of commercial real estate, and for the sale of the business assets set up in the building.

It quickly became apparent that our professional activities were mutually complementary.

So we decided to pool our skills and set up the FP-2I-Entreprises company in September 2007. By that time, my previous work experience had provided me with confirmed expertise in the area of commercial real estate development consulting, particularly in the sale and lease of

  • trade and industrial property,
  • logistics and warehousing property,
  • workshops and retail property,
  • raw land to be developed,
  • office buildings.

All of the property deals on which I worked until September 2007 were located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, particularly in the area of the Vaucluse and the north of the Bouches-du-Rhône département.

From September 2007 to the present day, we have been able to develop the FP-21 Enterprises agency, thanks to our dynamic network of professional and institutional contacts at all levels: local, regional and national.
